As every Sports Vault box is individually curated around your preferences, orders are not always dispatched immediately.
Please allow 4–7 working days for your order to be sourced, packed and delivered.
Our boxes are always sent using a next-day shipping service, so most orders will arrive sooner than this.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Our mystery boxes are individually curated based on the information you provide during purchase.
While we make every effort to match your preferences, we cannot guarantee specific clubs, teams, drivers, players or individual items.
All products supplied are genuine licensed garments.
As a result of some items being pre-worn and vintage, minor signs of age and previous wear may be present. All items are inspected to ensure they are clean, authentic and in good wearable condition before dispatch.
